2025 Summer Campout Planning
Well it's time for pizza again!!!! And maybe we could incorporate some planning for the summer campout along with it. If you are able, please join Tim Haskell, the new chairman, and myself at 11:30 am Nov 18 at Idaho Pizza near Cole and Fairview.
We will have a sign up sheet for such things as parking, registration, entertainment, concessions, setting up my rv and etc. We will also go over the agenda from last June to see if we want to stick with the same or make changes like adding or subtracting activities.

Reminders:
- Bring your favorite finger food/light appetizer for Tuesday, June 11.
(this is a meet & greet, dinner on your own will follow). - Bring Cookies/treats for Hospitality Room
- For card bingo, bring: 5 nickels, 4 dimes,1 quarter and $1
- Bring Hawaiian clothes (shirts, grass skirts, hats, etc.)
- Share table: Bring camping things you no longer use. Find something you need. (nothing for sale/No expense).
- Bring quilts or blankets to hang on the walls to help with the acoustics
- Bring games, Bean Bag Baseball, Corn Hole, Swing Golf games.
- Bring books for the book exchange
- Pets are not allowed in buildings, remember to keep control of your pets at all times, leash, lead line or fencing and clean up after them immediately.
The
registration fee will be waived for members who have not attended a state function
previously, and if you invite a friend who is not an RVers of Idaho member, their registration fee is
also waived. If you have not been to a state meeting before this is the perfect opportunity to
see what state functions are all about at a reduced cost.

Fall Campout
September 17-21 2024

Registration - Print the form and fill out then mail it with your check to the registrar.

Southern Idaho Campout
Sept 25-28 2024(depart Sunday Sept 29)
City Park, Emmett, ID
Everyone is welcome to join us in Emmett for the Southern Idaho Campout. Four nights of camaraderie and fun.
Parking is just $25 for the entire event and electricty is available. Check back here for agenda updates.
The Harvest Festival Street Fair will take place on Friday and Saturday. The street fair is a FREE event with wonderful food vendors, arts and crafts, and entertainment!

Please Do Not Use Electric Fireplaces Or Space Heaters
Electricity is available but not plentiful. Please do not use electricity for things that are not necessary. For example, if you can heat your hot water tank using propane please do so.

RVers of Idaho holds two meetings a year. One is the Summer Campout and it usually takes place the 2nd week of June each year. The Summer Campout brings in vendors, has seminars and entertainment -- but mostly we have fun! The Fall Campout is a state meeting where we take care of the business. We also have games, potlucks, entertainment and fellowship... not just boring business!! We look forward to seeing you there.
