SOUTHERN IDAHO CAMPOUT
Oct 6-8, 2016
City Park, Emmett, ID

The city of Emmett welcomed us for the 27th edition of the Southern Idaho Campout.

Some of the folks arrived early to help Larry set up the venue.

George brought his bocce ball game which many of us enjoyed. Nice form Judy! The next morning George helped everyone cook their "biscuits on a stick".

Maxine prepared the "dump stew" for Thursday night's meal.

Speaking of meals, we never go without one do we?

This ralley is always scheduled to coincide with the annual harvest festival on Main Street.

This is the food court at the end of the street fair, but there are also many crafts and specialty items for sale.

There was also another Oktoberfest event going on in the park with food and entertainment.

We all brought white elephant gifts to exchange. Jean Hilliard conducted the exchange of gifts.

After dinner our entertainment played gospel/folk music while we chatted, avoiding politics as much as possible.
